With melted chocolate, chunks of seeds and cranberries, and a hole lotta nut butter they make the most amazing treat :)
THE RECIPE:

total time (including cooling): 57 min
Ingredients:
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water, mix and let sit for 10 minutes)
1/2 cup creamy almond butter
1/3 cup non dairy milk
1/3 cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (can sub other seed)
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp dried cranberries (optional, you can sub whatever trail mix ingredients u want for the mix ins:))

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line or grease an 8x8 baking tin.
2. In a large bowl mix together the coconut oil, flax egg, almond butter, non-dairy milk, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla.
3. Then add in the almond flour, salt, and baking soda. Then stir in the almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and chopped @jojos chocolate.
4. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake in the oven for 32-35 min, let cool for 15, slice, and enjoy!
