fluffy, chewy, + filled w melty choc chips
super easy and extremely tasty! can be whipped up in less than 20 mins and can be eaten in about 1:)
THE RECIPE:
yields: 1 cookie
prep time: 5 min
cook time: 12 min
total time (including cooling): 22 min
ingredients
1 tbsp nut or seed butter
1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1/2 tbsp non dairy milk
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp maple syrup
a dash of vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp almond flour
1/4 baking soda
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp chocolate chips
instructions
*preheat oven to 350 F and line or grease a cookie sheet
*in a small bowl mix together all of the ingredients until smooth. place the dough onto the cookie sheet (it shouldn’t be very thick), top with extra choc chips, and bake in the oven for 12 min, let cool for 5, and enjoy!
