the sweetness of the choc and the slight bitterness of the tahini just combine to be AMAZING, rich, and t a s t y
these are also super simple and the ice cream on top is a must! I love using nadamoo or coconutbliss!

THE RECIPE:
yields: 2 medium-sized ramekins or 3-4 small (depending on size, cook times may vary)
prep time: 10 min
cook time: 15 min
total time (including cooling): 30 min

2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp non-dairy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 tsp baking soda
a pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp chocolate chips (optional, i just love mine extra chocolatey:))
2-4 pieces dark chocolate (from a bar, you need 1 for the center of each ramekin)
instructions:
*preheat oven to 350 F and grease your ramekins (check yields for number and size of ramekins) set aside
*in a medium bowl mix together the coconut oil, tahini, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, and vanilla.
*add in the cacao powder, baking soda, and salt. then add in the chocolate chips.
*pour the majority of the batter (still leaving a small amount) evenly into each ramekin and push 1 piece of chocolate into the center of each ramekin until mostly covered. top each ramekin with the remainder of the batter evenly and bake in the oven for 14-16 min, let cool for 5, maybe top with some ice cream:), and enjoy!
